New business center (10 letter D, Starokievskaya str.)

Separate four-storied building of the office center with a basement and attic floor, E-shaped form, is located on 10 letter D, Starokievskaya street, in 100 m from the avenue of Victory, close to the National Technical University of Ukraine “KPI”, the site driveway is from Galya Timofeeva street. The building is hedged off from residential buildings and from the territory of OJSC Scientific industrial complex “Kyiv Automatic Plant named after G. Petrovsky”. Twenty-four-hour guarding and parking for 120 cars are in the territory of the office center.

The total length of the building is 100 m, the height is 25,3 m. The building has three incoming groups, according to that three sections of the building can be used separately.

The total floor area is 2848 square meters.

The first floor - three big halls with security area, service bureau, 3 lifts, bathroom units, corridor, office areas, engineering and utility services rooms.

The 2d-4th floors - lifting proceeds by three lifts which guide to the hall, office areas are situated on each side of the corridor. There are bathroom units in every section. The stairs are next to the lift exit.

Basement floor - the dining room for 140 places and services units. The entrance to the elevator for the dining room's service is situated from the backside of the building, on the 1st floor.

The office areas, bathroom units, engineering and utility services rooms are also located on this floor.

Technical information:

Exterior Walls - made of 51 cm thick clay hollow brick M100. The walls are winterized with 50 mm thick cellular polystyrene from the outside and 100 mm silicate cotton with gypsum plasterboard siding inside.

Interior walls - gypsum plasterboard, brick with gypsum plasterboard siding.

Windows - double-chamber  reinforced plastic triple-glazed units "Schuco" (three glasses, 2 air spaces)

The height of the 1st-3rd floors - 3,6 m

The height of the 4th floor - 4 m.

The roof - pitched roof, profiled sheeting on metallic-timber frame winterized with 150 mm silicate cotton, gypsum plasterboard siding.

Ventilation and air conditioning: combined extract-and-input ventilation, central air conditioner and fancoils are located in every office area for individual adjustment of the air temperature and the air speed in the work area.

Water supply source - personal tewel, heat and hot water supply source - boiler house situated next to the building. The building is equipped with fire alarm system and with independent wired broadcasting system.

There will be a phone system.

Additional information concerning technical specifications of the building:

  1. Three goods-passenger elevators (carrying capacity is 1000 kg, 13 persons) produced by Otis-Ukraine. One service elevator (carrying capacity is 500 kg, Height - 2 m), made in Byelorussia.
  2. Combined extract and input ventilation with recuperation (interchange of air - 60 cub.m hour/person). Heating and air conditioning is equipped with Chiller Fancoil system with the possibility of independent temperature adjustment indoors.

  5. Electricity supply of the building 1st category - 80 kW, 2d category - 1120 kW. The building has its own transformer substation, two 1000 kW electric transformers (main + reserved) with forced air cooling system that increases the power till 40%.
  6. Access control system is provided on three incoming groups (3) in the building, there is also a video observation system in the halls of incoming groups and exterior perimeter of the building.
  7. The address fire alarm system and smoke exhaust system are also provided in the building.
